Need Quantity Surveyor (M&E)
Responsibility
Take part in the cost planning, cost control, contract management to the
project requirements
1. Take part in project estimate, tender, variation order audit, settlement
2. Preparing tender document, bill of quantities, contract and other related cost document
3. Taking off quantities per drawing
4. Cost analysis and report
5. Finish other works appointed by line manager
Requirement
• M+E experience (2 to 15 years)
• English ability: good spoken/written English
• Consultant/foreign company experience a positive
• Location: Beijing, Shanghai or assigned to Project site
