主要职责：
1．进行地质、岩石物理和其它地学技术数据分析，充分了解和评价洛克已发现烃类资产的商业潜能和区块附近的商业机会。充分了解在公司拥有权益的油气田开发和生产的全面状况。
2．确定、评估、建议评价井、加密井钻井计划。
3．作为公司参加现有合作经营项目或新的合作项目的一部分，为公司内部和相关外部组织或政府机构的需要准备和汇报与公司资产有关的地学技术评论总结。
4．确定关于新发现和现有油田的地质储量和可采储量，熟悉原油和天然气油气田的油藏模拟和Petrel 软件包的使用。
5．建立地质模型，进行储量和生产分析。
6．积极参加负责区域内井的样本/岩芯和岩石物理分析，充分了解分析和成果综合的过程。
7．致力于HSE计划和执行，使工作场所、项目的安全和环境合乎要求。
8．和同级沟通以提高公司的技术水平，并指导下级勘探人员的工作。
9．与公司内部其它学科相互合作，特别是工程、钻井和新项目。与合作经营方在工程项目技术方面取得可能的一致。
10．在责任范围内，向钻井和测试程序提供地球技术资料。
11．参加会议和监督合作经营方活动，以协助管理层作出正确决定。
12．参与与地质分析有关的计算机软硬件的采购和使用的评价和建议。
13．以明确、及时的方式与全体员工和外部合作人员沟通，适时优化组织的职能。
14．为工作计划和预算以及ＡＦＥ提供数据并参与成本和进度监控
15．确保勘探数据库相关部分的维护，保证项目区域数据的有效性、关联性。
资质要求：
1. 硕士研究生以上学历优先,英语听说读写良好
2. 15年以上的行业经验，具有全面的地学技术实践和工程技术知识；
3. 资深石油行业经验，具有全面的行业实践和工程技术应用知识；
4. 坚实的石油开发和生产背景，最好有成功项目的经历；
5. 在使用地球技术软件方面有良好的认识和全面的工作经验；
6. 良好的个人电脑和Unix操作技能；
7. 充分了解风险分析和和经济评价原则；
Petroleum Reservoir/Simulation Engineer 油藏工程师
ESSENTIAL DUTIES：
1. Conduct reservoir engineering evaluations leading to the optimum development and production of established fields and discoveries; document results of work; prepare reports, displays and presentations to illustrate these findings.
2. Undertake evaluations of assigned project areas to ascertain overall hydrocarbon prospectivity.
3. Day-to-day activities include active management of the pools of the Zhao Dong Field including; Optimisation of production and injection performance; Participation in oil and gas reserves estimation; Production forecasting through (but not limited to) a primary work focus of reservoir simulation.
4. Act as the focal point for company activities related to reservoir simulation, including liaison with other company offices, joint venture participants and software vendor representatives.
5. Develop corporate skills base.
6. Correspondence with Joint Venture participants (as appropriate) on the technical project aspects
7. Interact with other professionals within company, particularly within the subsurface, production, and drilling disciplines.
8. Participate in meetings and monitor activity to assist management and Joint Venture participants in making informed decisions.
9. Recommend acquisition or utilization of appropriate reservoir management software.
10. Contribute to HSE planning/execution to promote a safe and environmentally sound work place and project.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED：
1. Petroleum Engineering Degree or similar discipline with related industry experience, Good English including listening and speaking.
2. 15+ years petroleum industry experience actively applying the fundamental principles of reservoir engineering and reservoir management to optimize petroleum production.
3. Reservoir/well management background, with strong practical experience and a proven history, in an operating capacity; Field development and production activities; Strength in interpretation of well test data and data evaluation
4. Expert-user qualification in Eclipse (or similar) reservoir modeling software
5. Experience in China and the producing areas of China, particularly Bohai Bay
6. Experience in the practical application of classical reservoir engineering techniques, production data acquisition and analysis methods, formal reserves determination methods, using engineering software as appropriate.
7. Project management, including economic analysis
8. Preparation of budgets and work programmes, including production forecasting
9. Strong understanding of well completions, artificial lifts and surface production operations together with the ability to interact with other staff and contractors to optimize.
10. Experience in well workovers and typical procedures in an offshore environment
11. Knowledge of secondary and tertiary recovery procedures and artificial lift technology
12. Some understanding and working experience of risk analysis.
13. Ability to work in a team, work to project goals and deadlines and to prepare and present results in a coherent and timely manner.
Production Technologist
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsibility for managing and optimizing that part of the hydrocarbon production process relating to the interface between the reservoir and the surface facilities for the project and other developments as they are acquired by company.
This will entail the technological, operational and equipment aspects of the business associated with that specialized area of the hydrocarbon production process including well design, well integrity and reserves extraction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Review and report on operating and production performance
• Identify and pursue opportunities for the optimization of both individual wells and the field in the overall context.
• Perform conceptual and detailed well completion design.
• Recommend and participate in well testing, production and performance monitoring, oil loss identification and reporting (all with the objective of optimizing production performance).
• Contribute to HSE planning/execution to promote a safe and environmentally sound work place and project.
• Liaise with peers to develop company’s skills base.
• Interact with other disciplines within company particularly those of Reservoir Engineering, Drilling and Production to achieve department/company objectives
• Correspond with Joint Venture participants as appropriate on technical aspects of projects.
• Perform sand failure prediction calculations and select optimum sand control method.
• Define and implement a continuous improvement programme for production operations.
• Provide on-site engineering and operations support for wells.
• Recommend appropriate new and fit for purpose technologies.
• Prepare economic evaluations to maximise project value
• Contribute to the overall performance of the production operations
• Communicate in a clear and timely manner with all staff and external associates as appropriate for optimum functioning of the organisation.
• Provide input to work programmes, budgets and AFEs (as appropriate), contributing to cost and schedule monitoring.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
1. Degree qualified (ideally to MSc level) in Petroleum and/or Mechanical Engineering
2. 15+ years in a similar role, Good English including listening and speaking.
3. Experience in mature oil fields and a close affiliation with field operations would be an advantage
4. Significant experience in the optimal life cycle design of well architecture, functionality and placement using latest technology.
5. Demonstrated inter-personal skills
6. A demonstrable commitment to HSE
7. Ability to work in a team, work to project goals and deadlines and to prepare and present results in a coherent and timely manner.
