招聘Lead Mechanical Engineer 机械（暖通）工程师
欧美外资工程公司长期职位,三年一签(上海)
Job specification:
Prepare and review Conceptual and Basic engineering packages of assigned projects;
Monitor and supervise Detail engineering package prepared by Chinese Design Institutes;
Keep good Coordination and Communication, good relation with Team members, Client members, contractors and relevant parties;
Support procurement activities;
Field engineering support;
Support of cost estimate for total investment.
Regularly review contractor's performance of the contract task force;
Report to the Project Manager

Key qualification:
Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical, HVAC Engineering or equivalent;
Basic knowledge in design and construction of all mechanical systems, like chilled water, hot water, CDA, PV, PCW, HV, fire fighting systems;
More than 5 years relevant experience in the above fields;
Good written and spoken English, inter-communication skill with different parties. (ability to discuss technical issues and write technical letters and etc.);
Familiar with local and international Code and standard, regulation, and its implementation;
Good knowledge and skill of AutoCAD;
Knowledge of Microsoft project planner;
Experience with Chinese design institutes and international projects or offshore Client is preferred;
Strong experience and technical background for engineering design, familiar with design procedure and cooperation between each disciplines;
Familiar with engineering deliverable at different stage of project, and depth requirement;
Good responsibility, good teamwork spirit, remain active and positive;
Independent, self-motivated and ambitious of unquestionable personal professional integrity;
