Working Location:

Position Purpose:
1.
Oversee the Marine Repair section in Shenzhen and other areas
2.
Plan and efficiently carry out the marine related activities mainly in Shenzhen.
3.
Maintain good relationship with group or local customers.
4.
Carry out assigned projects independently
Learning Opportunities in the Position:
1.
Learning of FACT.

Learning of WIP system.
3.
Training courses organized by the ship designers.

Learning of English.
5.
Set specific personal training program (management and professional).
Specific Requirements for the Position:
1.
University graduated with major in ship hull engineering or bearing similar professional qualification in the same or related field or bearing a lower academic achievement but with vast working experience.
2.
Min. 2 years working experience in the same or similar field.
3.
Fluent spoken and written English.
4.
Cantonese speaker and Shenzhen resident are preferable.
5.
Willing to travel on business.
6.
Good communication skill.
7.
With good logical and analytical character

Maintain good relationships with government officials and ensure the validity of all business related licenses.
8.
Know well of the activities and be prepared to take up the similar or higher capacity in the production role.
9.
Perform projected works as assigned.
