OEM Engine Sales Manager & After-sales Service Engineer

Report to: Director of Sales-Asia
Working Location: Shanghai

Position Title：OEM Engine Sales Manager
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in related field, favorite major Marine Engineering, Motor Engineering, etc.
Minimum Seven years working experience related to sales, sales support, etc.
Must be/have recent experience in Rotating Equipment, Marine, Diesel Engines, Oil & Gas process, and/or Instrumentation Controls，
Ability to make business plans, segment marketing research and product demonstration.
Good English, ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies.
Ablity to speak with abroad colleagues, understand training seminar presented in English.
International and/or domestic travel is required (50% travel)

Position Title：After-sales Service Engineer
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree of equivalent
Mechanical engineering knowledge, min. of three years working experience in the recent field
Communication skills in English
Ability to work independently but also in a good teamwork, submit to the arrangement of service department
Good time management, ability to work in a flexible schedule
Self-motivation is a must, would like to learn new things, quick to learn

销售经理的薪资福利：基本月薪15-20K税前，年终BONUS，车贴，标准外企四金。
主要是负责销售温控阀到柴油机等主机厂

感觉是个机会，不过没有到所谓的销售经验7年，呵呵
而且现在船市比较低迷，或许也是个进入的好时机。
