Our client need to strengthen the site team in Dalian with an experienced HSE Site Representative.
There may also be possible work at our other locations at Yantai Raffles Shipyard in Yantai and at Jutal yard in Peng Lai.
Duration is foreseen to be 1 year, with the possibility for further extension of engagement.
What we need is;
- Assist project personnel in HSE matters
- See to it that the relevant safe job analysis are being performed
- Participate in inspection rounds
- Participate in Work Environment reviews as required
- Participate in audits and verifications of contractors and vendors
- Participate and report status on project meetings
- Participate in all yard safety meetings
- Perform frequent HSE inspections of work sites
- Monitor yard safety work routines, reporting accuracy etc
- Perform all relevant safety reporting including safety flashes
- Follow up and verify working conditions during fabrication and testing
- Familiar with rules, standards and regulations (preferably also with DNV Class requirements)
- Good experience from similar work before
- Preferable worked as Owner representative at shipyards
- Good oral and written English
