1. 经营开发室：开发人员3名，主要负责项目前期开发及方案论证。要求船舶及海洋工程专业，一类本科以上学历，有五年以上基本设计经验，能独立绘制总图，有海洋平台设计经验者优先。

2. 结构室：结构工程师3名，主要从事船舶及海洋工程结构设计及强度校核，要求船舶及海洋工程或机械专业，一类本科以上学历，有结构计算经验，熟悉Ansys或SACS等结构计算软件。

3. 电气室：电装工程师2名，主要从事船舶及海洋工程电装设计，要求船电或自动化专业，一类本科以上学历，有三年以上船舶及海洋工程电装基本设计经验，有海洋平台设计经验者优先。

4. 轮机室：轮机工程师2名，主要从事船舶及海洋工程轮机设计，要求船舶机修或轮机管理专业，一类本科以上学历，有三年以上船舶及海洋工程轮机基本设计经验，有海洋平设计经验者优先。
