Compensation and benefits：
500K -1000K RMB annual gross income (depends on qualification, working experience and English skills)

Company: A well known luxury yacht builder from America
Working Location: Zhuhai, Guangdong
Requirements:
- Knowledge of yacht design and construction completely
- Experience in building yachts above 78 feet (24m) / over 100 feet (31m) in length in length, Have been to the Americas or Europe to see many yachts at boat is preferred
- At least 8 years experience in yacht business
- Ability to lead and control 500 employees through his/her subordinates as the company grow
- A perfectionist attitude
- Willingness to improve construction techniques
- Willingness to do whatever it takes to get their job done
- Be able to draw on AutoCAD program
- Expert English both speaking and writing
