本人是上海的猎头，公司：中智上海（大型国企人力资源公司），现有一优质客户需要招聘大量英文口语可交流的船厂人才，详情见下方：
某工程咨询公司，在美国法国芬兰等地均有office，上海office规模不大，客户主要是海外大型邮轮公司和石油工作平台，上海office负责项目采购，供应商质量管理，新船项目监管等。目前在江苏南通有几个大型项目，寻找“英文口语优秀”的“船厂”各类人才（项目经理，内装QC，HSE，项目计划员，项目监管等），欢迎关注和应聘。
职位二：船体内装QC协调
汇报对象：Site Manager （老外）
工作地点：南通
岗位职责：最好有船厂工作经验，熟悉钢结构，负责生活区内装项目QC协调和管理，直接回报老外，要求英文可交流。
Key result responsibilities / objectives:
 Ensure Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) is followed throughout assigned project
 All QC/QA actions onsite
 Factory inspection prior / during site phase
 QC/QA documentation
 Ensure materials used onsite are correct and have valid certificates
 Development and preparation of ITP and related documents for assigned project
 QC/QA process development
Specific responsibilities:
 Inspect and test products at factory and onsite
 QC documentation
 Planning of inspection schedule
 Quality related meetings with client, classification society and suppliers
 Reporting of quality control activities and status to site/project manager
 Control of defect list
 Control of document database (M2)
 Ensure correct drawings and procedures are followed in production
 Respect ISO standards and participate in continuous improvement of quality
Competencies required:
 Good knowledge of quality inspections and testing
 Fluent spoken and written English
 Good communication skills with client and classification society
 Meticulous document control
 Good skills with common office programs (Word, Excel, Autocad)
