2. C***truction Superintendent –Piping & Structure
a. Resp***ibilities
i. Assists C***truction Superintendent in developing Structural, Piping and Mechanical c***truction schedules and manpower planning to meet the assigned project contractual delivery dates and project budgets.
ii. Assist C***truction Manager to plan day-to-day schedule and manpower requirements.
iii. Monitor day-to-day c***truction activities carried out by sub-contractors and in-house shop employees to meet targeted deadlines.
iv. Review and follow up on project materials, drawings, equipment and tools to be available on time for project execution.
v. Feedback and resolve engineering issues with Engineering department in a timely manner.
vi. Ensure structural, piping and mechanical work scope and changes are verified and properly recorded.
vii. Coordinate outside services such as machining, rolling, heat treatment, blasting & painting, crane, scaffolding and transportation.
viii. Ensure good housekeeping and safe work practices at all times.
ix. Coordinate all quality inspecti***.
x. Prepare weekly progress reports for the project as required by the C***truction Superintendent.

b. Qualification & Experience
i. Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma
ii. Minimum 3 years fabrication experience with some supervisory experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry. Those without academic qualification must have at least 5 years fabrication experience at supervisory level in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry
iii. Familiar with AW structure welding and ASME vessel and piping codes
3. QC Inspector-Structure & Piping
a. Resp***ibilities
i. Resp***ible to perform surveillance inspection to ensure that the c***truction work is performed and duly meeting the project specific quality requirements.
ii. Resp***ible for verification of in process inspection, final inspection and welding.
iii. Resp***ible to prepare and maintain Welding Audit Report during c***truction.
iv. Resp***ible to record result of inspecti*** and maintain records of specific items as per contract/specificati***.
v. Resp***ible to administer AFI request to Client and 3rd party and coordinate for inspection as identified in the respective discipline ITP.
vi. Resp***ible to raise Non-conformance reports as seen during inspection and follow-up on status of rework and close-out.
vii. Resp***ible to arrange for proper NDT requirements as per specificati***.
viii. Resp***ible to interpret RT films pertaining to welding joints.
ix. Resp***ible to review all NDT reports and approval.
x. Resp***ible to establish and maintain inspection and NDT progress status on weekly basis.
xi. Resp***ible to generate weekly weld rejection rate summary.
xii. Resp***ible to witness all testing activities.
xiii. Resp***ible to attend to all potential quality problems to prevent occurrence of defects.
xiv. Resp***ible for preparation of test packs for Piping Hydro static testing.
xv. Resp***ible for the preparation/compilation of the final punch list prior to delivery of the fabricated and assembled components.
b. Qualificati*** & Experience
i. Diploma / Degree in Engineering
ii. Minimum 3 years working experience in Quality Control/Assurance in Oil& Gas industry.
iii. Experienced in working on FPSO topsides project.
4. C***truction Superintendent –E&I
a. Resp***ibilities
i. Resp***ible to provide electrical engineering expertise to the offshore project and deliver a fit purpose design including the design phase and providing electrical engineering support to Project team.
ii. Plan day-to-day E & I c***truction schedule and manpower requirement.
iii. Monitor day-to-day E & I c***truction activities carry out by sub-contractors to meet targeted deadlines and project specificati***. Initiates recovery measures when necessary.
iv. Follow up on project material, E & I drawings and document to be available on time for c***truction.
v. Feedback and resolve engineering issues relating to E & I with Engineering department.
vi. Interface with piping, painting and equipment installation groups on work priority and sequence.
vii. Review test and calibration procedure, verify test equipment and keep proper records.
viii. Ensure all E & I work scope and changes are verified and properly recorded.
ix. Ensure good housekeeping and safe work practices at all time.
x. Assist in loop checking and carry out cause and effect verification.
xi. Assist in “No Load” factory acceptance test (FAT).
xii. Prepare weekly E & I c***truction progress report.
xiii. C***olidate E & I ship loose items for shipment.
xiv. Carry out site E & I installation and commissioning.
b. Qualificati*** & Experience
i. Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma in Electrical Engineering
ii. Sound E & I Technical knowledge
iii. Familiar with E & I Engineering specificati***, standards, codes, hazardous area classification standard, all E & I,P & ID/GA/Piping Isometric drawings.
iv. Excellent communication and writing skills
v. Must be willing to travel to overseas for short assignment during the project executing.
vi. Experienced in working on FPSO topsides projects.
vii. To be vigorous to meet targeted schedules & deadlines of project requirement.
viii. More than 5 years relevant experience
5. QC Inspector-E&I
a. Resp***ibilities
i. Review E and I drawing, installation for commissioning, fault finding and corrective action planning.
ii. Execute electrical and instrument inspection and witnessing any testing, ensure to comply with Project Spec/drawing/related code and standard.
iii. Carried out E & I material inspection and report.
iv. Carried out cable line check, schedules, lighting, panel.
v. Trouble shooting.
vi. Perform mechanical completion and filled up of ITRs.
vii. Coordinate closely with client.
b. Qualificati*** & Experience
i. Diplomas in Electrical Engineering
ii. Certified E&I Inspector
iii. Ability to read E&I drawings & prepare E&I schedules.
