JD如下：
Implement  the offshore strategy
• Fulfill order intake & sales budget
• Participate in Sales & TA process as needed
• Manage customers
• Manage the contract process  and manage receivables
•  Obtain appropriate levels of competence for the commercial, technical skills
• Carry out duties in line with HS&E procedures.
• Actively participate, lead or support process improvement activities as required

Key requirements:
• Technical level to understanding marine/offshore products, promote to customer is preferred
• Familiar with shipyard and Class
• High technical and commercial negotiation skill
• Numerate and computer literate
• Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking
• Good interpersonal skills
