Service Manager Job Profile · To manage the Service Engineers activities both on-site and off-site · To liaise with the Principal Engineer regarding all engineering requirements and work schedules as and when required · To review all incoming service orders with the Principal Engineer · To ensure correct documentation is supplied by the customer · To acknowledge/confirm acceptance of service orders to the client with planned attendance programming · To plan and schedule service work /holidays/rest days/medicals/training for the Service Engineers · To manage the logistics involved in mobilisation and demobilisation of Service Engineers in cooperation with general administration · To ensure that the Service Engineers are fully briefed and provided with clear work schedules and instructi*** · To ensure that all parts required are arranged/ordered/despatched to meet the actual Service Engineers attendance on job · To coordinate support to the Service Engineers in the field with technical assistance from the Principal Engineer · To manage debriefing of Service Engineers and collation of service reports and work sheets and approval of expenses so that invoices can be promptly submitted to client · To issue reports/certificates to customers · To supervise the Service Administrator and provide regular work schedules to ensure efficient administration of the service department · To ensure equal work opportunities are given to all Service Engineers · To manage/maintain the service engineers and company tool registers · To ensure service vehicles are operated and maintained in accordance with company policy and that vehicle log book data is always up to date · To chase potential sales, based upon previously supplied new equipment, previous Service visits and leads provided by members of the Service team and quotati*** issued by the Principle Engineer · To enter data into the SHIELD database · To draft and issue invoices/credit notes for completed service work · To identify service job file content for archiving/scanning · To advise the General Manager of any potential requirement for the raising of Credit Notes · To keep the General Manager fully informed of the status of activities involving the Service team · To ensure compliance within the service team of the company Health & Safety policy and Quality Assurance procedures 公司:乌姆哈丁救生设备技术服务(上海)有限公司 地址:上海市浦东新区南汇工业园区园顺路8号1号单层厂房。 如果你目前在船上工作或者在相关船舶维修公司任职。懂得船的维修的,英文能跟老外汇报。 |
