Ø         Participate in development of business expansion strategy and its execution

Ø         Directed, develop, monitor and maintain project budgets and schedules, coordinating staff assignments as authorized by management

Ø         Actively involved in pre-sales and post sales activities, act as the driving force to push forward new business expansion

Ø         Manage and develop additional sales from existing clients as well to identify potential prospects

Ø         Be a trusted advisor to shipowners, design offices, shipyards, manufacturers, and other related clients for new building and trouble shooting

Ø         Signing business correspondence according to Corporate Procedure, and according to personal authorization

Ø         Completed engineering education as Navel Architect

Ø         10 years' work experience in design house, design department of shipyard or classification society

Ø         Theoretical knowledge and experienced in structural engineering design work with in-depth knowledge in strength, FEA, acoustic, global and local vibration analysis, measurements and fluid dynamics

Ø         Proven track record in design and new building or conversion projects.

Ø         Proficient knowledge on IT and CAD as well as FE tools

Ø         Combine technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support with sales skills to provide advice and support

Ø         Ability to identify customer service requirements, formulate solution and manage opportunity from proposal to closing.

Ø         Good command of technical / business English, both spoken and written

1. Self-starter and understand the maritime industry market trends, propose soluti*** on people, processes, technology and strategy to meet customer business requirements.

2. Assume account ownership work closely with target clients to identify their issues and introduction company’s service offerings and position the company as the thought leader.

3. Leverage resources from headquarter for project pursuit, resp***ible for proposal development and closing.

4. Capability of generate additional revenue from existing accounts.

5. Participate in industry tradeshows, seminars and any other networking opportunities.

6. Oversee delivery team, monitor project progress and project control.

7. Perform other duties and tasks and required, commensurate with the nature of work.

Bachelor in engineering science

+5 years of industry experience in maritime

Strong connection with Shipyards, Shipowners or ship Design institutes.

Familiar with Auto-CAD and CFD is a prefer

Experience in project management

Excellent problem solving skills and capable to work independently with minimal supervision

Proven spoken and written in English and Chinese is essential
