Hong Kong has not yet ratified Maritime Labor Convention at the moment。
2006 (MLC, 2006), and the current national legislation, Chapter 4781, are applied for Hong Kong flagged ship as in the past according to the item8/2 and 9/2 on DMLC Part I (15-3-2013 version). |
